Katy Perry has always been adorable, but a doll?  (insert Minnesota accent here) Ohhh yeah, you betcha!  And now you can get your hands on a whole 12 inches of Katy, run a teeny-tiny comb through her ebony synthetic locks, undress and redress her till you get blisters and go blind with those itty-bitty snaps and bend her into a whole bunch of questionable postions.  And, I know for some of you (JT) this is the moment you’ve been waiting for… now you can have your very own Katy Perry to love and cherish for ever and ever!  Well, you and 499 other people because they’re only making 500 dolls.  The press release goes something like this, “Perry collaborated with fashion designer Jason Wu in the creation of the 12 inch-tall doll, which will be sold worldwide in a limited edition retailing for $49.99 from Integrity Toys… This miniaturized version of Katy will be immediately recognizable as a signature fashion look, with her belted gold mini dress with accordion-pleated skirt, inspired by the wildly popular and 5 times MTV VMA nominated ‘I Kissed A Girl’ video clip.”  As of today (Sept 29) there is already a waiting list on Integrity’s website.  So Barbie… move on over and take those Bratz with you because Katy is shipping in late Fall.
