Coldplay’s Martin: An Original Plagiarist?
“Clutch the pearls!! What a sneaky thing to do!!” — See, I just plagiarized that line from the late 80’s much funnier answer to Mad TV, a show called In Living Color (Men on Film) — I used the line sarcastically, to describe my horror upon reading of Chris Martin’s (Coldplay) alleged plagiarism…Well, I guess it’s not “alleged” when the person confesses, right?
Coldplay has already been accused of “ripping off” a song from a New York band called The Creaky Boards, now they come right out and, well….

They already resolved this — Coldplay has evidence of them playing the song before the supposed March Creaky Boards concert, where the Creaky Boards lead thought he saw Chris Martin. They can also show evidence that they were not in the area during that concert, and therefore could not have taken the song.
